ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZER

The company YRK Design, whose head office is located at 12 Rue Ferrère 33000 BORDEAUX, registered under number 840 321 442 00047, is organizing for its brand Bloon Paris a free competition with no obligation to purchase, entitled “Foire de Paris 2025 – Bloon” , which will take place from April 30 to May 12, 2025 , as part of the Foire de Paris.

ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

This competition is open to any adult natural person residing in mainland France.

Only one entry per person is permitted. In the event of multiple entries or attempted fraud (incorrect data, use of false identities, etc.), the entrant concerned will be disqualified without notice.

Participation implies unreserved acceptance of these rules.

ARTICLE 3 - TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

To participate, simply:

- Visit the Bloon stand at the Paris Fair 2025

- Scan the QR code on the stand or flyers

- Complete the online participation form, via Typeform

You can double your chances by posting a photo of the Bloon stand on Instagram (story or post), using the hashtag #BloonFP2025 and tagging the account @bloon.paris , then entering your Instagram username in the form.

By posting a photo as part of this competition, the participant authorizes Bloon Paris to reuse this content free of charge on its digital media (website, social networks, newsletters, or any other digital media), without time limit.

Any participation that is incomplete, erroneous, fraudulent or does not comply with the conditions of the rules will be canceled.

ARTICLE 4 - ENDOWMENTS

• 1 Bloon seat of your choice (model, size and color chosen from available stock) will be offered to the winner of the draw.

The Bloon won cannot be exchanged for a sum of money.

ARTICLE 5 - DESIGNATION OF THE WINNER

A draw will be held on May 13, 2025 from all valid entries.

Participants who post a photo on Instagram double their chances (their participation is counted twice).

The winner will be contacted directly by email by Myriam Esnault, E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager at Bloon Paris.

ARTICLE 6 PERSONAL DATA

The information collected is intended for the company Bloon Paris and used for marketing communication purposes.

By completing the form, participants agree to receive emails containing exclusive offers and personalized content.

They can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the emails.

In accordance with GDPR regulations, participants have the right to access, rectify and delete their data by writing to sav@bloon-paris.fr .

ARTICLE 7 - LIABILITY

Bloon Paris cannot be held responsible in the event of:

- Network or Typeform tool malfunction

- Incorrect or incomplete data provided by the participant

- Unauthorized publication of content on Instagram

ARTICLE 8 - DISPUTES

Any complaints should be addressed to sav@bloon-paris.fr .

These regulations are subject to French law.

In the event of a persistent disagreement, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
